A few quick notes...

First of all I would just like to give a shout out to all the readers who have popped up all the sudden! Thank you all so much for reading and commenting and following! I am very excited and happy to have you all!

I just got back from Buffalo NY (my first time in NY state!!!) We were visiting with le boyfriend's twin bro, his bro's wife and his nephew for his nephew's first birthday. Too cute. The kids are starting to call me Auntie now, which is sweet! Oh and I got to go to Target and I LOVE Target! :)

I am still looking for a job, blegh, but I want to thank you all for your support and Courtney I have posted my resume on Monster thanks a bunch for the tip!

Last I want to say that I love election time (both American and Canadian.) I am a politics nerd and I love seeing the way that the election can mobilize and ignite a country. I LOVE hearing everyone's opinions about who they like and who they don't it's so interesting and people are so insightful! I may not agree with people's opinions, but that does not mean that I ever believe that they are wrong! We all have our own opinions and a right to them so I say bring 'em on! This is what democracy and elections are all about! :)

They don't have Targets in Canada? Well, that's just wrong.

Ugh - I'm ready for this election to be over with so I can start planning to move to Canada because I despise who is in office. :) Haha just kidding... it'll all work out the way it's supposed to, I'm sure.

DAMN YOU STARBUCKS So just when I thought that I was safe from edible temptation, Starbucks releases its Valentine's Day Cupcakes! I innocently walked into the Starbucks across the street from school and just as I walked in a guy asked me if I would like to try a sample. Before I realized what was going on I said "Sure!" I tried the sample, then I realized what it was I was eating... pure heaven in the form of chocolate. Then I realized what I should have seen all along! That guy who offered me a "sample" was actually a pusher! I have since clued in: I've been coming to Starbucks daily since I started school. OOPS! Tagged! :P

So Kass tagged me a while ago and I kinda forgot to do it! So here goes. I am not going to lie, I had to cheat a bit because the idea is to go into your pictures folder and choose the fourth pic from the fourth folder, but that pic had someone else in it and I didn't feel right putting someone else's pic on my blog without asking them, so I went into Facebook and took my fourth pic from my fourth album there. The next part of the tag says to explain the pic. Well this is the first pic I took of my engagement ring after I got it. It was so shiny. Sighhhhhhh. Just so ya know

I have been feeling very low lately, so low in fact that I have had trouble doing anything. I can't even write about it. Part of it is because I feel so guilty for feeling this way, especially at this time of year when we are reminded of just how lucky we are. I have been reading all the blogs that I normally do but haven't been able to comment for one reason or another and I am sorry. I am fine and I will be back at it soon enough, but I just thought you all might want to know. Talk to y'all soon! :)
